Participation with a 20% equity stake in the construction joint venture and the concessionaire for four underground car parks in central Athens locations

The Group participates with a 20% equity stake in the joint venture constructing under a 30-year concession agreement four underground car parks, with a total capacity of 2,056 vehicles in central Athens locations. The car parks are located: 1. next to the Agia Sophia Childrens Hospital, 2. under Egypt Square at the intersection of Patision and Alexandras Avenues, 3. under Canning Square, and 4. at the intersection of Rizari and King Constantine Avenues.
