Pearl Qatar, Roads and Infrastructure Works

Execution of the complete infrastructure works for the 400 ha manmade island (Pearl Island).
The road network system consists of 27,5 km roads including 18 vehicular bridges, 13 pedestrian bridges, underpasses 470 m in total length, a causeway, HV and MW systems, street lighting, vacuum waste system, storm water system, sewerage system, irrigation installation, civil works for telecommunication systems, road furniture and marking.
Construction of 30 townhouse clusters, which include 188 three-storey individual townhouses of three different designs of Venetian-themed exterior, with a total surface of 56,500m².
Construction of 31 Villas in La Plage & Bahriya Precincts, include site development of swimming pools, carport, hard & soft landscaping.
