Design and construction of an indoor sports hall with a spectator seating capacity of 2,400 and a 52.0 x 35.40m², 15m-high arena; and an independent steel structure seating 3,900 spectators.
The Olympic venue consisted of:
- A four-storey administration with a total area of 1,995m².
- A multipurpose area under the tribunes covering 1,663m².
- A two-storey steel structure for personnel and reporters covering 1,672m².
- A multipurpose hall seating 7,395 spectators and covering a total area of 7,917m².
