Doukas College

Construction of new administration building and cultural & sports complex to expand existing facilities.

The contract was awarded by the Doukas College and pertained to the construction of its new Adminitration Building as well as the new Cultural & Sports Complex. The project involved the construction of a five-storey building block with a total 14,367 sq.m. surface, including two undeground floors, housing a 450-seat auditorium, indoors sports hall, a 12.5m-by-25m swimming pool, library and open-air race track.
