Purchase of own shares

AVAX SA (the "Company") announces that on 12.09.2024 it purchased 8,000 own shares for a total amount of €10,834.79 at an average €1.3543 price per share, as per the Share Buyback Programme approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting in June 2023.

Following that transaction, the Company holds a total of 146,500 own shares, which correspond to 0.10% of its total shares outstanding.
