Purchase of own shares

AVAX SA (the "Company") announces that on 11.09.2024 it purchased 8,000 own shares for a total amount of €10,808.02 at an average €1.351 price per share, as per the Share Buyback Programme approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting in June 2023.

Following that transaction, the Company holds a total of 138,500 own shares, which correspond to 0.09% of its total shares outstanding.
