Purchase of own shares

AVAX SA (the “Company”) announces that it purchased 10,500 own shares for a total amount of €14.634,99 at an average €1.3938 price per share on 16.08.2024, as well as 10,000 own shares for a total amount of  €13.938,00 at an average €1.3938 price per share on 19.08.2024, 10,000 shares for a total amount of €13,949.95 at an average €1.3950 price per share on 20.08.2024, and 10,000 shares for a total amount of €13,916.56 at an average €1.3917 price per share on 21.08.2024, as per the Share Buyback Programme approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting in June 2023.

Following the afore-mentioned transactions, the Company holds a total of 115,500 own shares, which correspond to 0.08% of its total shares outstanding.
