AVAX SA (the “Company”) announces, according to Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and the notifications received on 13.09.2024 from Mr Christos Joannou, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Cyprus-based JCGH Limited (company related to Mr C.Joannou), that Mr C.Joannou on 13.09.2024 transferred 190,000 shares and the corresponding voting rights of the Company from his personal investment account to JCGH Limited, in a transaction worth €254,600.
