Announcement of Important Change in Voting Rights, as per Law 3556/2007

AVAX S.A. (the “Company”), following the notification received on 19.03.2025 from Cyprus-based company HONEYSUCKLE PROPERTIES LIMITED, announces that until 17.03.2025 HONEYSUCKLE PROPERTIES LTD (controlled, in accordance with Law 3556/2007, by Mr. Stelios Christodoulou through Cyprus-based company MMLN 12 LIMITED, which was fully (100%) controlled by him until that date) directly held a total of 11,133,500 shares in the Company and the corresponding voting rights which represented 7.506% of the total voting rights of the Company.

On 17.03.2025, Cyprus-based company MMLN 12 LIMITED disposed of all (100%) of the shares of the Cyprus-based company HONEYSUCKLE PROPERTIES LTD. Following the above, the percentage of voting rights currently held directly by HONEYSUCKLE PROPERTIES LTD in the Company did not change. Furthermore, HONEYSUCKLE PROPERTIES LTD is not currently controlled, in accordance with Law 3556/2007, by another natural or legal person or other entity and does not control any other company/companies that directly or indirectly hold a stake in the Company.
