AVAX SA (the “Company”) announces, according to Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and the notification received on 10.09.2024 from Mr Konstantinos Kouvaras, Alternate Chairman and Executive Board Director, that Mr Kouvaras on 09.09.2024 acquired 10,880 shares and the corresponding voting rights of the Company, for a total amount of €14,930.56.
