In accordance with articles 4.1.2 and 4.1.3.15.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, AVAX SA announces its Financial Calendar for 2024:

• posting of annual financial report for 2023: Monday, April 29, 2024
• analyst briefing on 2023 financial results: Tuesday, May 14, 2024
• Annual General Meeting of shareholders: Wednesday, June 12, 2024

The Board of Directors will propose to shareholders at the Annual General Meeting the distribution of a dividend for 2023

• shareholders eligible for dividend: those on “record date” Tuesday, July 30, 2024
• ex dividend trade date: Monday, July 29, 2024
• dividend payment to eligible shareholders: Friday, August 02, 2024

The earliest maturity date of futures on Company shares traded on the Athens Stock Exchange precedes the ex-dividend date.

Dates concerning the dividend distribution are subject to the approval of the Annual General Meeting of shareholders.

The Company will keep investors posted on any date changes in its Financial Calendar.
