Appointment of Market Maker

AVAX SA (the «Company») hereby announces to the investment public that the Athens Stock Exchange’s Listing and Market Operations Committee on 31.08.2023 approved the appointment of Athens bourse member Optima Bank SA as market-maker on Company shares, to improve their liquidity, setting the start of market-making operations on Monday 04.09.2023.

The Company has signed with Optima Bank a market-making agreement, pursuant to the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation.
