AVAX Group is seeking a Head Engineer for Electrical Systems / Installations to join our team and play a key role in delivering complex and high-impact projects. In this position, you will lead the design management, integration, and implementation of electrical systems, ensuring that innovative solutions meet the highest technical and safety standards. Responsibilities:
- Manage, coordinate, and integrate project electrical system designs and studies.
- Drive the development of technical solutions and oversee their successful implementation.
- Ensure all designs are fully compliant with project specifications and requirements.
- Develop and maintain interface processes, documentation, and validation procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve engineering or technical issues.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients through trust and technical excellence.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering (MSc in Electrical Engineering is a strong plus).
- Registered member of the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE).
- 5+ years of proven professional experience in electrical systems/projects.
- Professional proficiency in Greek and English.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
