Purchase of own shares

AVAX SA (the “Company”) announces that on 06.02.2026 it purchased 50,000 own shares for a total amount of €171,029.76 at an average €3.4206 price per share, as per the Share Buyback Programme approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting οn 15.07.2025.

Following that transaction, the Company holds a total of 727,120 own shares, which correspond to 0.49% of its total shares outstanding.
