Purchase of own shares

AVAX SA (the “Company”) announces that on 27.03.2026 it purchased 27,959 own shares for a total amount of €79,981.54 at an average €2.8607 price per share, as per the Share Buyback Programme approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting οn 15.07.2025.

Following that transaction, the Company holds a total of 1,056,079 own shares, which correspond to 0.71% of its total shares outstanding.
