AVAX SA (the “Company”) announces, according to Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and the notification received on 02.10.2024 from Cyprus-based CSME HOLDINGS LIMITED (company related to Mr Christos Joannou, Chairman of the Board of Directors), that CSME HOLDINGS LIMITED on 01.10.2024 purchased 10,000 shares of the Company and the corresponding voting rights, in a transaction worth €15,300.
