Corinthian Rythmos Headquarters

Construction of three multi-purpose buildings, linked by foot bridges.
The contract was awarded by Corinthian Rythmos S.A. and pertained to the construction of a multi-purpose building complex in Kefalari, a northern suburb of Athens, comprising three buildings each with three underground levels and three storeys, linked by foot bridges, with a total surface of 7,717 sq.m. The lowest underground level houses a car park, the middle level a lecture theatre, while the first underground level as well as the ground level and the first floor accomodate office space and the second floor a residence. The project also included all M&E works.
