The Ambassador’s residence and the embassy buildings, constructed on different levels, include non-communicating basements, ground floors and first floors.

The building consists of a ground floor and basement. The shared basement of the consulate and embassy buildings includes underground parking spaces as well as storage facilities, whereas the ground and first floors include the embassy office and meeting areas. The basement includes staff accommodation, sanitary area, parking, and storage facilities, whereas the ground and first floors are the main household areas. Outdoor areas include a guard room, a kiosk, and a swimming pool with pergolas and gardens.

 The project is located on a 5,000m² site in Nicosia.
