Construction of Cyprus’ first Integrated Casino Resort, on a 37 hectare site in Limassol, including:

-A hotel with over 500 five-star guestrooms, exclusive suites and villas

-11 world-class restaurants and bars

-Approximately 7,500m² of gaming areas

-Spa and fitness facilities

-Sports and leisure facilities featuring a seven-a-side football pitch, tennis courts, squash court, jogging trail, indoor and outdoor swimming pools and landscape

-A 1,500-seat amphitheatre and terraced lawn

-Approximately 1,200m² of retail space, replicating the streetscape of the old Nicosia city centre

-A 9,600m² convention, meeting and event space, including a 1,500m² multi-purpose function space and a 3,000m² expo center.
