Purchase of own shares

AVAX SA (the “Company”) announces that on 24.03.2026 it purchased 8,000 own shares for a total amount of €24,280.84 at an average €3.0351 price per share, as per the Share Buyback Programme approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting οn 15.07.2025.

Following that transaction, the Company holds a total of 1,028,120 own shares, which correspond to 0.69% of its total shares outstanding.
