Purchase of own shares

AVAX SA (the “Company”) announces that on 16.03.2026 it purchased 7,000 own shares for a total amount of €21,301.79 at an average €3.0431 price per share, as per the Share Buyback Programme approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting οn 15.07.2025.

Following that transaction, the Company holds a total of 972,120 own shares, which correspond to 0.66% of its total shares outstanding.
