Purchase of own shares

AVAX SA (the “Company”) announces that on 13.02.2026 it purchased 35,000 own shares for a total amount of €128,839.18 at an average €3.4525 price per share, as per the Share Buyback Programme approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting οn 15.07.2025.

Following that transaction, the Company holds a total of 794,120 own shares, which correspond to 0.54% of its total shares outstanding.
