Purchase of own shares

AVAX SA (the “Company”) announces that on 04.02.2026 it purchased 15,000 own shares for a total amount of €51,755.03 at an average €3.4503 price per share, as per the Share Buyback Programme approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting οn 15.07.2025.

Following that transaction, the Company holds a total of 667,120 own shares, which correspond to 0.45% of its total shares outstanding.
