Purchase of own shares

AVAX SA (the “Company”) announces that on 22.01.2026 it purchased 5,000 own shares for a total amount of €17,930.00 at an average €3.5860 price per share, as per the Share Buyback Programme approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting οn 15.07.2025.

Following that transaction, the Company holds a total of 607,120 own shares, which correspond to 0.41% of its total shares outstanding.
