Purchase of own shares

AVAX SA (the “Company”) announces that on 31.12.2025 it purchased 30,000 own shares for a total amount of €88,917.33 at an average €2.964 price per share, as per the Share Buyback Programme approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting οn 15.07.2025.

Following that transaction, the Company holds a total of 397,120 own shares, which correspond to 0.27% of its total shares outstanding.
