Purchase of own shares

AVAX SA (the “Company”) announces that on 13.11.2025 it purchased 10,000 own shares for a total amount of €24,188.57 at an average €2.4189 price per share, as per the Share Buyback Programme approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting οn 15.07.2025.

Following that transaction, the Company holds a total of 285,500 own shares, which correspond to 0.19% of its total shares outstanding.
