AVAX SA (the “Company”) announces, according to Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and the notification received on 13.03.2025 from Cyprus-based CSME HOLDINGS LIMITED (company related to Mr Christos Joannou, Chairman of the Board of Directors), that CSME HOLDINGS LIMITED on 12.03.2025 sold 3,000,000 shares of the Company and the corresponding voting rights, in a transaction worth €6,000,000.
