AVAX SA (the “Company”) announces, according to Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and the notification received on 22.11.2024 from Mr Konstantinos Mitzalis, Managing Director of the Company, that Mr Konstantinos Mitzalis on 20.11.2024 purchased 7,500 shares of the Company and the corresponding voting rights, in a transaction worth €10,199.
