Account Manager

iXion Energy, part of AVAX Group, is looking for an Account Manager with real experience in e-Mobility — someone who understands the ecosystem, the pace, and the potential — and who wants to grow roots in a company where they’ll be valued, trusted, and challenged to lead.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build long-term partnerships with fleet operators, developers, and energy innovators
  • Act as the bridge between our clients and our internal teams — from product to operations
  • Use your market insight to anticipate client needs and proactively deliver value
  • Deepen account performance and open new doors through trust and understanding
  • Grow with your accounts — and with iXion

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years proven experience in e-Mobility, EV charging, or clean energy
  • Proven experience managing strategic B2B relationships
  • Clear communicator, confident negotiator, strong on follow-through
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a long-term view — you take ownership
  • Collaborative, with the maturity to work across departments and timelines
