Airport facilities of Royal standard for His Majesty’s Royal Flight 3 km long runway, including:

• The royal pavilion, terminal building incorporating royal accommodation and large hangar to house his Majesty’s airplanes.
• Construction of taxiways, aprons, pavements, airfield lighting and all related external works including mechanical and electrical installations.
